Cheval des Andes 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
The nose opens out onto warm notes of tabacco, red berry fruit macerated in brandy, cherrystones and homemade jam, with aromas of cedar-wood and bay leaves coming through. The attack on the palate is full, rich and warm. Silky tannins mingle harmoniously with the oak, making this wine a truly great vintage, beautifully rounded off by a full long finish.
