                        Brandy

Fernando de Castilla is a small winery centennial today headed by a young team that wanted to maintain the family nature of the business. Si bien empezó elaborando brandy de Jerez, en la actualidad produce una amplia gama de productos de gama media y alta, como la prestigiosa Antique, con fino, oloroso, amontillado, palo cortado y Pedro Ximénez. While began developing brandy de Jerez, currently produces a wide range of products for mid-range and high, as the prestigious Antique, fine, oloroso, amontillado, palo cortado and Pedro Ximénez.

                        Cognac

Hennessy is proud of its long history. Its Irish founder, Richard Hennessy, was so charmed by the region that he established a trading firm in the town of Cognac in 1765. Under his son, James, the company expanded rapidly and took the name it still has today: Jas Hennessy & Co. Eight generations of Hennessys have run this outstanding company, travelling the world and building the brand's universal reputation.
Hennessy has always had an international outlook. At the start it shipped cognacs to it's natural markets in Ireland and Great Britain. London was the heart of the brand's sales strategy for nearly two centuries. The British capital was a springboard for shipments to distant markets such as Australia and America and, particularly from 1794 onwards, New York.
Hennessy's directors were the first to explore the Asian markets and established a strong foothold there, especially in Japan, from 1868. South America, the Middle East, South-East Asia and Indochina were later added to what became one of the world's biggest distribution networks. An ability to adapt and take inspiration from the local culture and traditions are assets in the drive to conquer new markets. In the last quarter of the nineteenth century, a widespread outbreak of phylloxera threatened Hennessy's future. Yet 15 years were enough to show just how adaptable the firm could be.

                        Port

The drink known as Port became popular in England at the end of the seventeenth century. The local produced wine was found to be a better traveller by ship when brandy was first added. The abbot of the monastery in Lamego in 1678 is credited with successfully adding brandy to wine to produce a palatable drink. It took some 100 years later before the quality of Port reached the more refined levels that we know today. This can mainly be credited to a young Englishman, J.J. Forrester, who cleverly eradicated the false customs and trade that was in existence when he arrived in Porto.

                        Sherry

This small, family owned bodega offers the very best products from the sherry district for a demanding and select group of customers. Their splendid, recently restored facilities are located in the historical centre of Jerez de la Frontera. Once that the aging process has completed, the wines are drawn from the Solera casks and bottled in the most natural manner: no cold treatment, no filtering, no blending with other wines, in order to preserve the nuances and flavors of each one. Bottles of high quality clear glass are used, so that one can appreciate the colour of the wine. Since the wines are completely natural and untreated, some sediments might develop after a certain period in the bottle. This will not affect the quality of the wine.

                        Whisky

The first written record of whisky comes from 1405 in Ireland, where it was distilled by monks. It is also mentioned in Scotland in 1496. However it is thought that whisky had already been around for at least several hundred years prior. When or where whisky was first distilled is unknown and the local, undocumented beverage production during the period makes identification of the drink's origin difficult.
