A very classy Chardonnay with flinty, minerality and great purity and restraint. Robertson fruit with its citrus core and ripe apple and pear, delicate tropical characters produces a wine with great poise. A touch of oak adds complexity whilst extended time on lees adds nut and toast notes. Intense yet delicate right through to the finish.
