Chablis 1er Cru
This wine is a typical example of a Chablis 1er Cru. The South-East facing vineyard benefits from morning sunlight and the wine derives its typicity from the mineral soil giving a flinty, chalky mouth feel. Crisp and well balanced on the palette with a long aftertaste, this wine will benefit from cellaring for up to 10 years.

Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos
Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos is the most well known of the 7 Grand Crus. The terroir of Les Clos produces wines which are generous, dry and powerful. Louis Moreau Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos has a generous mineral bouquet and a long, dry finish. Can be kept for up to 15 years.

|
Chablis La Colombe
Typical of what decent Chablis should taste like - not a trace of oak, pungent and flinty on the nose with a tad of creamy fruit underneath, this gets richer as the mineral characters give way to riper buttery sensations but then cut back by a long crisp bite. The kind of wine that gets nicer as you go along.

Fleurie, Cuvée à L'Ancienne
Ripe red fruit flavours with hints of strawberry and morello cherries. Full and firm grip on finish.
The Cuvee a L'Ancienne range demonstrates Paul Boutinot's skill as a winemaker. Paul's excellent knowledge of the Maconnais and Beaujolais area and strong relationships with local growers have allowed him to consistently select the best grapes available from each vintage. Whether from the limestone hills of Pouilly-Fuisse or the Beaujolais cru communes of Brouilly and Fleurie these wines deliver the classic flavours and nuances that are expected from this famous region. Cuvee a l'Ancienne Fleurie 2004 vintage has a smart new label.

Gambert de Loche Hermitage Rouge
This special cuvee, presented in a wooden box is dedicated to Louis Gambert de Loche (1884-1967), who originally owned this vineyard and founded the Cave de Tain, also playing an important role in the creation of the Hermitage 'appellation'. The wine has very intense, dark and rich colour; power-house nose giving off toasty oak and vanilla but also ripe wild black fruits, strong black-peppery spice and hints of earth and leather; rich, rustic and spicy in the mouth but also elegant in its length of flavour with relatively soft-ish tannins (but still complete and dry).
