Delivery
We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours if all the items are in stock. If a delivery is urgent, please place the order on the web site then telephone us (01457 874802) as soon as possible to confirm an expected delivery time or date. **
We deliver Tuesday to Friday throughout the UK by private courier. **
Delivery Charge:
Mainland UK £6.50.
FREE Delivery for ALL food orders over £50. **
The Pantry at The Rams Head Inn will not be held responsible if local Customs authorities wish to charge import duty or delay the release of any item.
We can arrange for parcels to be delivered to places of work, neighbours etc. at no extra charge, but unfortunately times can not be specified.

Delivery & Payment
Title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full and funds cleared through our bank. The Pantry at The Rams Head cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods. For essential orders please allow at least 48 hours. The Pantry at The Rams Head cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods. Please notify recipient of delivery if you are purchasing perishable items for a second party i.e. as a gift. |

Faulty Goods & Refunds
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please notify The Pantry at The Rams Head immediately upon receipt of the goods if any of the products delivered are out of condition. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All such goods must be returned to The Pantry at The Rams Head or be available for inspection. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned goods must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. No refund will be considered, where failure to deliver the goods, was due to incorrect information being submitted on the original order. |
