China Congou black tea is blended with tangy lemon peels, fruity orange peels and warming cinnamon pieces, with a decorative sprinkling of safflower petals. Use a warmed teapot and add one teaspoon per person and an extra 'one for the pot'. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 - 5 minutes. Serve without milk or sweetened with sugar or honey.
