The palate is clean and crisp with a delicious citrus acidity making it perfect to serve as an aperetif. 20% reserve wine is used in this NV blend to add richness and depth, plus the wine is left for 3 months after disgorgement to allow for its components to marry, resulting in a perfectly integrated and rounded champagne. This Champagne is also available in half bottle (37.5cl), Magnum (150cl), Jeroboam (300cl), Mathusalem (600cl), and Salmanazar (900cl).
